Like you, Heath, I'm not saying he will go, but the circumstances a lot different than two years ago when Billy turned UK down. Frist, Gator fans have been really critical of this team the past two years, and some of it is unfounded. This year's team suffered attrition, injuries, and a lack of height and premium athleticism, and overcame it to almost make the tournament. They are flawed, but how much more could really be expected? They were only blown out twice and really only had one stinker against Georgia. Gator fans shouldn't have done backflips for this team, but a few more fans down at the SEC tournament would've helped. It's a joke that Tenessee fans outnumbered UF fans in Tampa for the games. That, more than the apathetic NIT crowds, probably disappointed Donovan. I know it disappointed me as a fan. Second, Billy wouldn't be replacing Tubby this time. Third, UK is worse off now than two years ago, so there's more room to improve the situation there immediately, thus making Donovan look better.
Hopefully, the thought of uprooting his family, his lifestyle here, and the continuing legacy he's building here will keep Billy in Gainesville, but all you had to do was see the tournament in Tampa to tell which program has the better support, and that has to be a factor.Jeremiahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15860192540513088663noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1995185573026568076.post-62576650511902090082009-03-27T11:39:00.000-04:002009-03-27T11:39:00.000-04:00Hey Heath -- You gotta change the color scheme on ...Hey Heath -- You gotta change the color scheme on your blog. There is a reason you don't see a lot of black pages with white text on the internet, at least post-1997. I would have an enormous migraine if I tried to read this for more than two minutes.

$0.02... like your content...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
